Mr. Ramos’ Weekly Update
Hello everyone,
I wanted to first say how proud I am of all of you these few weeks. Although we have had many students out periodically through this month, many have continued to maintain the expectations of the class and have been able to keep up with the various assignments.
As a reminder, I have uploaded all the units PowerPoints, all assignments, all assessments onto the each classes Google classroom. This will allow anyone who is out of school for any reason to continue to keep up with the class. In addition, if you are out or if you just missed an assignment or assessment, you are able to submit it through the classroom for credit. With that being said, I do want to emphasize, if you have an excused absence, you are able to make up work without being penalized for the amount of time absent, all other late assignments or assessments will be marked accordingly tot he time submitted.
Lastly, students in the culinary club and program will begin selling breakfast sandwiches at the start of the day, starting Thursday, February 3rd.
Also, our students in the culinary program/club have multiple events they will be participating in such as the Odyssey event, where we will be making and selling gourmet burgers and hotdogs. Also, we will be collaborating with the theatre program to have a dinner prior to the show (more information to be shared shortly).
Please, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me,
Mr. Edwin Ramos, M.Ed.
