Mr. Ramos’ Weekly Updates

I would like to formally introduce myself to the community, I am Edwin Ramos the Culinary teacher at Santan Charter. I am excited to be here and sharing not only my culinary experiences with your students but more importantly, my passion for the culinary arts. If these past few weeks are evidence of weeks and months to come, I am looking forward to a great year with everyone. As these students have demonstrated, they are more than capable and willing to delve into the science of culinary arts. I am pleased to work with them and the community in ensuring this program is inviting, fun, and challenging (in a good way). I do have an open door policy for anyone wishing to meet or chat with me.

Note:
I am pleased to report, since my arrival here at Santan, I have received nothing but great participation and support from everyone in the school community from the students, to the family, and community.
I look forward to seeing many of you on Wednesday, November 24th for our Charlie Brown Thanksgiving lunch, hosted by the Advance Culinary Class.
If you are interested and have any slightly used or unused kitchen equipment you are not currently utilizing and wish to donate to the culinary program, it would be greatly appreciated. Some items which the kids would benefit from are below; however, any and all support is always appreciated.

Mixers, Food processor, Dough mixer, Boning knives

Thank you for your anticipated support!!
