Weekly Update

This week we have completed our cooking unit and ended the unit with the students creating their very own fried rice. Looking ahead at our next unit, we will be working on “how to identify fake news/rumors” as well as, finding ways to dismiss rumors and working through difficult times. Students will be working in small groups which will concentrate on deciphering what is true and what is untrue.

As a fyi, this unit may involve some crucial conversations; however, all students are given the opportunity to not participate if they choose to.
