Weekly Update

 In Family & Consumer Science

Hello Roadrunners,

These past two weeks we concentrated on the school/class norms and team building. This past week we worked on building the foundational skills for culinary. These foundations include cooking assignments, PowerPoint presents, and many small group activities. We ended this week with a demonstration of a Caprese Salad atop of a Herb Crostini.

Next week, students will be challenged to recreate the dish demonstrated on Friday as well as, we will begin our next unit on Diversity at the Table.
