Weekly Class Update

Hello Roadrunners,

This upcoming week will end our final public speaking unit. Students will be challenged to deliver on their topic involving the various areas of film. Please know, as much as I emphasize the importance of public speaking, I understand that this may cause some significant anxiety to some of our students. In this case, I ask that you let me know if you would like to present in an alternative manner.

After the presentations, we will perform our final cooking unit, ending with making lemon squares. This unit will teach students about creating a crust and then a lemon curd which will be the topping to the dessert.
