FACS Update
Hello Roadrunners,
This week, our students took a dive into nutrition as we made a strawberry banana sorbet or a fresh Strawberry Milkshake. Each practicum, the students created their very own vanilla whipped cream which was used to garnish their dish.
Next week, we will continue to finalize our unit on Ecosystems and then delve further into understanding how it affects all that we do. We will also begin our next unit on Food Science and Technology which will lead us into our practicum of Imitation Crab Salad
