Advanced Culinary:
“Wow”, these kids have been doing a great job with the various adaptations they have had to endure. We have been able to delve into and continue to build on the basics of culinary arts. The students in a short time have leaned in to learn the various techniques needed to ensure the proper preparation of a dish, all in preparation of our Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. This past week the students had been challenged to inventory and reorganize the pantry, freezer, and refrigerator to ensure proper storage of items. In addition, they are in preparation mode for the event and I applaud their commitment and dedication to this. Please know, your child/children will be the ones who have created the menu, recipes for each item, prepped , and prepared the items that will be served, and I could not be more proud of them.
