Culinary/JROTC Update

Hello Roadrunners,

I want to welcome everyone back from spring break as I hope you all had a great time. We started 4th term as though we did not have a break, and the students took it on as true professionals. As we enter the 4th term, our students in Advanced Culinary began practicing their dishes which will be served at the Montessori Gala. This is the first time (that I am aware of) that the students from the San Tan Culinary program were asked to cater, and I am certain they are up to the challenge. With that being said, our students worked diligently to create a menu worthy of an upscale restaurant, identified its food cost, and as aforementioned, began to practice their dishes in order to ensure a perfect execution.

As we look ahead into next week, our students will continue to prepare for the gala. As this is a tremendous opportunity, we ask that the school community support us to ensure its success.

These JROTC shirts were designed by our very own cadets and printed by DuelForce Promotions.
